Provider Attestation

Providers affirm the statements below about the information and documents they submit to TowLynk.
Purpose
TowLynk reviews the documents providers submit. TowLynk's review is not independent verification: it does not confirm documents with issuing agencies, licensing boards or insurance carriers, and it does not include background checks or motor-vehicle-record checks. The Provider Attestation is the provider's own certification that what they submitted is true and current. It is recorded with the provider account, including the attestation version and the date and time it was affirmed.
What the provider certifies
I certify that the information and documents I provide to TowLynk™ are true, accurate, current and not materially misleading to the best of my knowledge. I understand TowLynk relies on these representations in determining my eligibility for platform access. I am authorized to provide the services I offer through TowLynk and will maintain any licenses, permits, insurance or other requirements applicable to my business and services. I understand that I am an independent Provider and not an employee, agent, partner or representative of TowLynk or Pettaway LLC. I am responsible for the services I accept and perform, including my workmanship, equipment, personnel, safety practices and compliance with applicable law. I agree to promptly update my information when it becomes inaccurate, expired or materially incomplete, and I understand TowLynk may suspend my Provider access while my account or documents are re-reviewed. I understand false, misleading, expired or materially incomplete information may result in application denial, restriction, suspension, removal from the platform or other action permitted by the Provider Agreement or applicable law. I agree to the TowLynk Provider Agreement and the TowLynk Terms of Use, including the Payments, Cancellations & Refunds Policy, and I acknowledge the TowLynk Privacy Policy.
How TowLynk uses it
TowLynk uses the attestation together with admin document review when deciding whether to approve a provider account, and when investigating complaints, disputes or suspected fraud. Questions: support@towlynk.app.
Consequences and enforceability
The Provider certifies that submitted information and documents are true, accurate, current and not materially misleading to the best of the Provider's knowledge, and understands that TowLynk relies on these representations in determining platform eligibility. The Provider agrees to promptly update information when it becomes inaccurate, expired or materially incomplete. False, misleading, expired or materially incomplete information may result in application denial, restriction, suspension, removal from the platform, or other action permitted by the Provider Agreement or applicable law. This attestation supplements and does not replace the Provider's obligations under the Provider Agreement and the Terms of Use. Electronic acceptance of this attestation has the same intended effect as other electronic agreements, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
